Here’s a little early morning video blog on Real Biz Uncensored. No matter what the industry, this conference will leave you educated, inspired, and connected. It’s to be a great event on the first day of SXSWi, in the center of it all in Austin. This will bridge the gap between fitness/small biz operations, tech, and social media.

[Functional Art] A good vision board is key. Yes, compared to last year’s goals, 2011’s goals are loftier. But I promise you, if I didn’t believe whole heartedly in right now (back then), yesterday would’ve been unbearable. Many of the 2010 goals happened or, at least, began to unfold. Some needed renewed focus. As for 2011, some goals are long(er) term but if you new me...

COMMENTARY: Obsessed with Facebook. Recently, I had a discussion with a seasoned business professional after viewing a scathing CNBC commentary on Facebook’s recent evaluation of $50+ billion. Crowd Sourcing: Will it Work?
Crowd Sourcing. SICFIT is  a niche brand for one of the coolest emerging sports in the world - The CrossFit Games. SICFIT seems to be overrun by alpha males. Case in point, we need some serious female influence. Last Summer, I learned the hard way that I need some serious help with women’s product development. I approved the most hideous women’s design in the existence of shirts -...

The Social Disconnect: Delta Air
[CASE STUDY] Is anyone listening? Depends on how tech savvy you are, especially when it comes to dealing with Delta Airline’s customer service arm. There is a lesson in every experience. I recently posted a blog entitled, “Effective Media Strategy Made Kindergarten Simple”. In many ways, it was one of those blogs of which an industry executive would respond with: “What...
